Here you can find all important and necessary information to build up your online favourite merch shop.

Our shop solutions are offered as part of the package provided by Mula Services. Here you can offer your favourite merch to your employees or even to the world!

Getting started..

1. Login to your account.2. Navigate on the main drop down menu and click on Shops.3. Click on + create shop.4. Name your shop.5. Choose slug (this cannot be changed later so choose well).6. Choose currency --> Euro or Credit (this cannot be changed later).7. Add articles directly from your inventory (this can also be done later).8. Click on Create.

This is a traditional e-commerce model where customers pay using real money, in this case, euros (€). Therefore, products are priced in Euros and customers pay with their credit card.

Here, the store uses a virtual currency system where customers receive credits first and then spend them on products. Therefore, the products are priced in credits and not Euros.

If you navigate into the main menu and later click on access --> Authentication. You can either choose a password, Google Microsoft or OKTA SSO or give access through invitations and magic links.

Yes! if you go into the main menu and click on Shop --> design, you can choose your fonts, images, colours etc. Everything is made so that you can customize it according to your brand colours.

Products.

First, please go into the main menu and click on Shop --> Products. Later click on "add products". Once the products have been added, you need to click in the main menu for Pages --> Homepage --> Products --> add products. Finally, click on "update".

In the main menu, click on Shop --> Products. Later click on the pencil --> Pricing.

Yes, please go into the main menu Shop --> Products --> pencil icon

Shipping.

Go into the shipping menu --> Options. Here you will find hot to change courier, decide whether if you want to deliver to private address or offices, among other options.

Go under the Shipping menu --> Deliveries. You will find all corresponding deliveries to the shop and their current statuses.

Yes, you can change it. Go to your shipping menu - Price Lists. Click on "create pricelist". Later add your company's name and add Mula's price list by default for reference. Name your own list ad click on create. Later you can edit it and adjust the prices according to your needs.

Communication.

Go to menu E-mails. Here you can design your own emails as well as changing its content.

Yes, in the E-Mails menu under sender E-Mail. Enter the e-mail you want to use to appear as a sender in your shop communication. You can use any domain as long as you have access to its DNS settings.

Yes. Please create a new page with the slug “legal” and make sure it is activated (the page). This link will redirect you automatically to the terms and conditions page.

Technical Questions.

Yes, we have the option for Google, Microsoft and OKTA SSO. Just click on the setup button located in the Access Menu - Authentification tab.

We have Shopify, FactorialHR, Salesforce, BambooHR, Personio, Zoho, Hubspot, HeavenHR, Workday-Reports, Humaans, Hibob and HRWorks.

Navigate through the menu → Settings - Automations. Click on add automation → Custom integration.

Finance.

Mastercard, Visa Debit Card, Apple Pay, Klarna, American Express, Google Pay, Giropay, Sepa and Sofort Überweisung.

The wallet serves as an overview of your received payments. You can check your Dashboard in Stripe.

Yes, under the menu invoices you will be able to browse them. They will be also sent directly to their email addresses.

Vouchers are for creating discounts in % level or money level, you decide how much you want to grant. You can create them for end of season campaigns, birthdays, special occasions etc.
