The challenge

As a fast-growing company, we are onboarding new team members on monthly basis. Also for internal anniversary and birthday gifts, we already used our branded merchandise. Tasks like taking care of the right size run, checking the Stock manually, and packing and shipping our merchandise were really time-consuming. We searched for a solution where we get top-notch branded goods and reduce our internal operation to the minimum. It also was important to find a partner that is matching our sustainability requirements.

The result

With the mula Shop Solution we got our own Employee Merchandise Store. Every team member gets an invitation link and has the possibility to choose the merchandise they want. The option to set a budget or a limitation per piece, also helps us to keep an overview when distributing our merchandise. The feedback out of the team is just stunning. They love the Voi branded products and are using them on daily basis. Our Corporate Identity was transported as wished and the products are matching absolutely our Voi Scooters.
